Customer have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your purchased product must be: Unopened/ sealed and unused, In the same condition that you received it. **Opened or used products** are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Info@regenmedix.com Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.  Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return: Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to send products back, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Products:  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
